All individuals require a ticket, including children 6 and under.
*Families: two adults and their children 17 & under (max 8 members). Those eligible for Family pricing will find the rate automatically reflected in totals. No additional discounts are applied to the Family rate.
Ticket only valid for date selected. Arrival within half-hour ticket window guarantees entry at that time. If you arrive earlier or later than your ticket time, you may be permitted immediate entry subject to availability.
You may enter the Museum any time within your arrival window. For example, purchasing a ticket for 10:30 allows you entry between 10:30 -10:59.

Members, to book your Advance tickets, please use your membership number (located on your membership confirmation pdf) or by contacting our Membership Department at membership@tyrrellmuseum.ca or 403-820-6222.
Individuals eligible for other discounts must purchase advance tickets online at full price. On the day you visit, you will need to present your pass/card and payment card at the entrance to receive the applicable refund.
Your tickets are emailed to you. Please print them at home or present them to staff on your electronic device.
Cancellation policy - full refund on cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the admission time and no refunds on cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel, call (403) 820-6246.
