PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN FULL BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR BOOKING

Self-Guided Field Trips are a great way for schools to visit the museum in a supported and flexible way.

Self-Guided Field Trips include:

• A designated space for coats and packs
• A reserved time slot for lunch (determined by the RAM Learning Team)
• Access to the museum's permanent galleries (the children's gallery is for Grade 2 and under)
• Work Booklets for the class that is grade/age appropriate (for grades 2-12 only)

Please keep in mind, each class booking allows for up to 35 students and 10 adults to attend.

To keep our galleries, as well as the students visiting them safe, we ask that the ratio of adults to students is approximately 1:5-8 dependant on the needs of the students.

Please note: Bookings are completed upon confirmation of credit card payment. At this time we are not allowing payment upon arrival for these type of bookings.We are unable to sell these types of field trips on the fly so you must book in advance to take advantage of this offer.

You will recieve an email to the provided preferred email address approximately 1 week prior to your booking with further information about arrival.
