A low resolution, 72 DPI digital file suitable for website use. Available only as an 8" x 10".

ARCHIVES AUDIO REPRODUCTION

Reproducing audio format material from the PAA holdings to DVD or digital media storage. $80 per audio item. Please note that completion time on audiovisual transfers can extend upwards of 90 days.

CERTIFICATION - PER FILE

Certification of documents can be provided to clients who require true copies of the originals for legal purposes. Please note photocopying is not included in this price.

HOMESTEAD SEARCH

Please supply the correct and complete legal land description (quarter, section, township, range and meridian) and the name of the homestead applicant. Fees range from $30.00 to $50.00; cost of service is dependent on the level of reseach required to complete the client request. The client will be refunded if additional research is not required. Searches can take up to 15 business days.

HOMESTEAD TOWNSHIP MAP, Per Map

The Provincial Archives has a series of township maps, which identify the original homesteaders on the township. You will need the Township, Range and Meridian (also known as the legal land description) to order these maps from the vaults. Please speak with our Reference Archivist about this process. Please contact the Provincial Archives (780) 427-1750 for further information about this service and to place an order.

TRANSCRIPT, Fee Per Transcript

The PAA can provide a typed transcription of a vital statics register to clients, due to FOIP the vital statistics register cannot be photocopied.
