Do you want to learn how to make perogies? This colourful illustrated guide created by Alberta artist, Nancy Nickolson, will show you how! Its accordion-style design makes it spring-loaded, ready to burst open with an array of beautifully hand-painted artworks. It includes a full recipe and instructions to make a batch of 36 perogies, plus all the instructions.

It fits nicely into any standard recipe box and opens up to its full size to reveal a long table showing the steps to assembling these tasty potato pillows! The paper is also finished with a special matte laminate, so if you accidently get a bit of food on it, you can wipe it off!

These cards feature the Provincial Archives of Alberta images (PR1967.0147.0032 and PR1971.0356.0048a) that were originally printed on a penny postcards.

Alberta s Aviation Museum front entrance and gardens
