This colourful illustrated guide created by Alberta artist Nancy Nickolson, will show you how! Its accordion-style design makes it spring-loaded, ready to burst open with an array of beautifully hand-painted artworks. It includes a full recipe and instructions to make a batch of 36 perogies.
