POSTER - WHAT'S WRONG WITH COMIC BOOKS?
A reprinted publication from the Advisory Board on Objectionable Publications from the 1950s to 1970s. This board was part of the Alberta Government and was censoring comic books and magazines because they believed that children were being corrupted and turned towards crime.

Illustrated by Alberta artist Nancy Nickolson, this print features the impressive entrance to the Alberta Aviation Museum, just past some lush gardens with rosebushes in full bloom. The 1930s float plane, mounted on a pylon, appears to be taking flight and soaring to a new adventure!
